    Charming and cozy atmosphere is quite enjoyable.

    We faced some major inconveniences . The noise levels were unbearable, especially from other guests. It was also unacceptable to find the shower filthy and unclean upon arrival. I expected a lot more for the price we paid.

    Modern accommodation with extremely helpful and patient staff members from reception to management. Ideal location close to the airport, easy to get around. Based close enough to and/or out of Shannon and there restaurant. The hotel of choice in Bunratty: )

    I almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i noticed the dusty room and filthy shower-completely unacceptable. Waking up to the loud snoring from the room above was a true testament to their lack of soundproofing. I would have expected special treatment for such inconveniences, but alas, nothing. What a disappointment!

    This hotel was amazin! The beds were super comfy, i slept like a baby. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, gave me great tips for local spots. Breakfast was delicious, had a lot of options for a decent price. And the wifi was great, a big plus for me.
